doubtlessly, karbala 5 operation was the climax of iran and iraq confrontation. conflict intensity, fire power, injury and damage amount is not comparable with any previous operation. in this operation, artillery power was of great importance. so its commanders tried to provide enough artillery facilities. this article is an analytical report on irgc artillery function in karbala 5 operation and different plans to increase irgc artillery unit's effectiveness
